My First Hogmanay

Hey! Above are two pictures of Chris and me. First is a picture from our first Hogmanay (new year) together. Don't we look happy?

The second is a picture from our first road trip! We went to Loch Lomond, which was really beautiful but didn't really translate in pictures. Even though that's the case, I'll put up some more mundane scenery pictures some other time, I promise...

Anyway, I hope you all had a great new years eve! Chris and I went out to a pub just down the road from our flat and had a few drinks, but really we were just there for the all-important countdown to 2009.

My parents arrive in just 15 days! I'm pretty excited! Also, Mary has purchased her tickets to come visit me in March, so I've got a lot of special people from home coming in the not-too-distant future.

I've got to run--I'm DJing again tonight--but I wanted to check in with you all.
