Sooo...I just thought I'd update this, even though I am STILL in Minnesota! I've had the chance to see a lot of the people I love and have gotten to do a lot of the things I miss! It's been a successful trip.
Last night, my friend Dessia and I walked around Lake Calhoun, then had dinner at Stella's (on the very windy, maybe-not-ready-to-be-enjoyed rooftop). We met up with another of my old coworkers and his girlfriend later on. It was great to see them! The day before, I visited good old Station 77 (the mental health unit I used to work on) and saw a lot of the people I used to work with, which was fantastic. I went out for beers, just like old times, with a few of my coworkers, then headed to a Twins game with some friends (they won!). It was really nice.
Anyway, tonight I've got a dinner date with Mary at the one and only Sunshine Factory (OH MY SALAD!!!) to look forward to, and a weekend full of family togetherness ahead of me. Happy Easter everyone!
