Hey everyone! Here are some of the pictures I promised to put up. At the top, there are some picture of the inside of the Duomo's Brunelleschi's dome, and then a picture of Florence from the top of the dome itself. The picture of steps is the narrow staircase that takes you up to the top of the dome.
Next is a picture of Chris and me outside the Giardino dei Semplici, which was closed. The next is Ponte Vecchio, which is a bridge full of gold and jewelry shops.
Under that is a picture that Chris thinks is hilarious--me with a giant stone Lion. It was taken in the Piazza della Signoria, which is just around the corner from the Galleria degli Uffizi.
Next is a shot of the enormous Duomo from the street. It is much, much bigger in reality than I could ever show with a picture!
And finally...a copy of Michelangelo's David. I think this is his best side.
